Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the RecreationHQ platform. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
RecreationHQ provides cloud-based recreation management, including registration, payments, facilities, and reporting, per your selected plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials and access.
Fees
Paid plans are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page. The free Starter plan includes a per-transaction fee. Onboarding and migration are included on paid plans as described.
Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service and will return or delete it on termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully.
Availability
We aim for high availability with disaster recovery and, on eligible plans, defined support SLAs. The service is provided "as is" except as expressly stated.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order agreement. You may export your data before termination.
