# Terms of Service

Last updated June 6, 2026. This is a working draft to be finalized with counsel before launch.

These terms govern use of the RecreationHQ platform. By using the service, you agree to them.

## The service

RecreationHQ provides cloud-based recreation management, including registration, payments, facilities, and reporting, per your selected plan.

## Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials and access.

## Fees

Plans are billed at the rates shown on our pricing page, starting at $2.99 per month. Every account starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required. Onboarding and migration are included on paid plans as described.

## Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service and will return or delete it on termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

## Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully.

## Availability

We aim for high availability with disaster recovery and, on eligible plans, defined support SLAs. The service is provided "as is" except as expressly stated.

## Termination

Either party may terminate per the order agreement. You may export your data before termination.
