No. There is no free plan. The lowest plan is Starter at $2.99 per month with a 1.5% per-transaction fee, so a small organization can run registration and payments online with a low monthly cost. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Are there setup or implementation fees?

No hidden ones. Professional and above include guided onboarding, and Premium adds full implementation with data migration. The monthly price is all-in.

How do transaction fees work?

The Starter plan carries a 1.5% per-transaction fee. Growth and above use standard payment processing through Stripe with no added per-transaction fee.

What are AI credits?

Credits power AI-driven reporting and insights. Each plan includes a monthly allotment that renews, and you can reload at $5 per 100 with no expiry.

When are residency verification, permits, and camp coming?
